We are representing our client, a large specialist medical group, to look for an experienced clinical assistant to complement their existing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service
- Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
- Booking of referral appointments
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
- Maintaining inventory levels
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level, Professional Certificate/ NiTEC in any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in a specialist clinic setting
- Knowledge in medical insurance processing preferred
- Experiences in using Microsoft Office and Healthcare IT system preferred
