We are assisting our client, an established provider of medical devices and supplements dedicated to orthopedics, to search for an experienced medical sales representative to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including orthopedic surgeons, nurses, and sports medicine professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of our products.
- To function as the subject matter expert on orthopedic medical devices and supplements, particularly those related to osteoarthritis management.
- Provide technical support and training to medical professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and sports medicine specialists, to ensure proper usage and optimal patient outcomes.
- Knowledgeable with industry trends, clinical research, and competitor products to provide informed recommendations and insights.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and educational resources.
- Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and events to network with healthcare professionals and promote our products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Life Sciences, Business Administration).
- Proven track record of success in medical sales, preferably within the orthopedics or sports medicine industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and sports medicine professionals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for improving patient care and outcomes.
