We are representing our client in the global technology and engineering space to look for an experienced Sales Manager to join  the existing team.

Responsibilities 

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
  • Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • Participate and attend functions such as trade exhibitions and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends, as well as prospect for new clients
  • Organize technology demonstration events to showcase capabilities and engage potential customers
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
  • Present and apprise company’s management on sales progress during bi-monthly sales review meeting

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
  • At least 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience will be of advantage
  • Experience in Defence System will be of advantage
  • Good Networking & Propecting Skills
  • Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges
