We are representing our client, an established agricultural enterprise with core business activities in China, to look for an Accounts & Admin Executive to provide support to the regional and local Accounting Teams and handle general office administrative work.
Job Responsibilities
- Accounting Co-ordination: Track and coordinate financial transactions and reports to support regional and local accounting teams.
- Accounting Documentation: Prepare and file financial documents.
- Office Management: Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and records. Ensure the office environment is tidy and functional.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents and reports. Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Meeting Support: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks. Provide support for on-going projects as needed.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors and clients. Address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting/book-keeping software.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and resourcefully.
- Proficiently bilingual in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders).
