We are representing our client in the global technology and engineering sector to look for a strategic and client-focused Client Solution Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-impact business transformation initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, working across business and technology teams to translate enterprise objectives into actionable, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Strategy Alignment: Support transformation efforts by aligning client objectives with actionable strategies, ensuring business outcomes are clearly defined and achievable.
  • Solution Discovery & Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, co-create value-driven solutions, and define future-state operating models and workflows.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze current operations and identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve agility, and increase profitability across client business functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, and leadership teams to ensure solutions are feasible, well-integrated, and designed for long-term scalability.
  • Transformation Leadership: Lead strategic initiatives involving digital enablement, automation, customer experience improvement, and business capability development.
  • Governance & Value Tracking: Support the definition of KPIs, success metrics, and tracking models to ensure measurable results and continuous improvement.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay informed on industry trends and recommend innovative practices or emerging technologies that can enhance business performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in business strategy, solution consulting, or enterprise transformation.
  • Proven track record in aligning business goals with enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Strong experience in workflow/process design, business capability mapping, and operational optimization.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with risk management, governance frameworks, and change management principles.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to identify cost-saving and growth opportunities.
  • Experience supporting system integrator (SI) sales or solutioning is a plus.
