We are representing our client, a large IT solution provider, to look for an experienced Business Analyst for MS Dynamics CRM (D365) to complement the existing team. The role works closely with key internal stakeholders to understand the respective processes and challenges, have their buy-in and translate the business requirement for the IT team.
Responsibilities

Analyse and evaluate project complexity, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.

Gather and evaluate business requirements and functional specifications, performing gap analysis between existing and required solutions and driving and developing solution deliverables from vendors.

Manage and maintain stakeholder and vendor relationships and engage the parties at all levels including senior management, as well as contribute to the communication plan.

Drive parties proactively to pursue and meet timelines, together with the project manager or in the project manager’s stead.

Engage appropriate parties and formalize documentation from requirements induction sessions, managing the requirement gathering and clarification from users/stakeholders and developers.

Compose high-level definition documents and participate in the creation of requirements repository structure, and the implementation of quality and traceability traits in requirements delivery for subsequent project activities.

Participate in requirements engineering documentation and subsequent communications and responses as an individual or small team.

Document and communicate the defect response for an affected solution.

Compose and participate in test cases, lead users in composing test cases, and perform SIT and pre-user acceptance testing (Pre-UAT) before actual UAT.

Document, update and maintain user manual and business process flow.

Support and direct data migration and data validation, as well as data cleansing if required.
Requirements

Possesses at minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Business Process Analyst, or practitioner in the business process domain.

Experienced in mapping business processes and writing user stories and requirement specifications.

Hands-on experience in the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Experienced in managing multiple system deployment projects as a Business Analyst.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.

Good understanding of the education or healthcare industry will be an advantage.

Good understanding and commitment to IT as a retail and business intelligence function.

Attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving skills, needs to be organized and fast learner.

Project management knowledge and experience will be an advantage.
