You will be responsible for providing cost-effective and quality healthcare of the highest professional standard to our patients and customers. You will coordinate departmental workflow to enhance and ensure operational efficiency within a clinical setting in the areas of patient care, staff supervision, planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating all daily operational activities in an assigned patient care unit. You will be responsible for management of day-to-day operations of the clinic to maintain optimal operating function.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Clinic(s)
  • Manage facilities, equipment, supplies, personnel, and resources in relation to cost containment
  • Ensure a consistent high level of service and clinical standards are maintained in the clinics
  • Assist the Operations Manager (or relevant Management) in planning, organizing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Perform regular audits on a full spectrum of policies and procedures
  • To supervise and educate newly employed staff
  • Ensure familiarity with all roles in the clinic (Eg: Registration, Claiming, Dispensing, Treatment Rm, Medical Records)
  • Managing staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
  • Provide training and guidance on service and clinical quality standards
  • Engaged in the monitoring of discipline and conduct of all staff
  • Examine and resolve complaints when needed
  • Identify areas for improvement and engage in work process improvement projects to improve service quality and patient satisfaction at clinic level
  • Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic
  • Perform regular constructive feedback with staff on their performance to help them meet professional goals
  • To undertake any other ad-hoc projects or any other responsibilities and assignments as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Nursing with valid SNB license
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare
  • Possess the art of service excellence
  • Experience in supervisory role, management of feedback and service recovery
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues from cross departments
  • Ability to be both a team leader and team player
  • Pro-active, patient oriented and progressive
  • Able to work in a stressful environment and has good coping mechanism
  • Ability to conduct on the job training for both service and clinical
  • Ability to initiate and implement Standard Operating Procedures
