We are representing our client (An Software engineering group – e-services arm) to look for Customer Service/Tele-marketer (Learner’s Support)
Responsibilities
- Handle, respond or escalate enquiries within 3 working days
- Process and complete all learner’s rescheduling and withdrawal requests within 3 working days
- Handle billing and administrative requests
- Provide course advisory to potential learners
- Conduct employment survey
- Return the completed monthly report to the client
Requirements
- Minimum ITE Certificate holder/with relevant working experience.
- Good English proficiency.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Possesses basic information and communication technology (ICT) skills.
- Excellent Team player.
