We are representing our client (An Software engineering group – e-services arm) to look for Customer Service/Tele-marketer (Learner’s Support)

Responsibilities

  • Handle, respond or escalate enquiries within 3 working days
  • Process and complete all learner’s rescheduling and withdrawal requests within 3 working days
  • Handle billing and administrative requests
  • Provide course advisory to potential learners
  • Conduct employment survey
  • Return the completed monthly report to the client

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE Certificate holder/with relevant working experience.
  • Good English proficiency.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Possesses basic information and communication technology (ICT) skills.
  • Excellent Team player.
