We are representing our client in the global technology and engineering sector to find an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to optimize their development pipelines and ensure secure and reliable software delivery. You will collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to build and maintain DevSecOps processes and tools that support scalable, compliant digital systems, especially in the public sector.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines that incorporate security, quality, and compliance checks.
- Automate the provisioning of infrastructure, configuration management, and application deployment.
- Integrate static (SAST), dynamic (DAST), and software composition analysis (SCA) tools within the development lifecycle.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, deployment workflows, and security vulnerabilities.
- Enforce secure coding practices and help implement policies for code quality and security standards.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and system administrators to ensure smooth, secure delivery of software solutions.
- Support container orchestration platforms and cloud-native services (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
- Maintain and document DevSecOps workflows, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles with strong exposure to CI/CD automation and secure development practices.
- Proficient in tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Sonatype, AquaSec, or equivalent.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong understanding of secure software development and DevSecOps principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
