Upper Spring Consulting is a headhunting firm based in Singapore. We pride ourselves as our client’s Brand Ambassadors. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for mid-career-transition individual or experienced CEI-certified consultant to complement our existing team.
Responsibilities:
- 360 Recruitment Process (From Preparation, Talent Longlisting, Candidate shortlisting, interview arrangments and follow-up and finally onboarding and integration.)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Foster and maintain a long-term relationship with Clients and Candidates with good understanding of their environment and culture.
Requirements:
- Preferably be CEI Certified with relevant experience
- Ex-professionals who are ready to re-enter workforce will be considered.
