We are looking for suitable candidates to support our Healthcare client for their Implementation Support Specialist Role to provide technical support for their Clinical informatics system.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support to their internal users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions for the group’s clinical systems and provide resolutions.
- Walk the users through the problem-solving process
- Participate in clinical systems testing
- Prepare, plan and schedule Users training session
- Support Workgroups, feedback sessions and committee meetings
- Provide 24 x7 on-call application support to users
- Documentation of reported clinical issues with minimal guidance
- Responsible in testing clinical systems for implementation & engaging users
- Gather feedback/requirements for clinical systems improvement
Requirements
- Nitec/Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline will be a plus
- Candidates with good experience will take on lead role
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
