We are looking for suitable candidates to support our Healthcare client for their Implementation Support Specialist Role to provide technical support for their Clinical informatics system.


  • Provide Level 1 support to their internal users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions for the group’s clinical systems and provide resolutions.
  • Walk the users through the problem-solving process
  • Participate in clinical systems testing
  • Prepare, plan and schedule Users training session
  • Support Workgroups, feedback sessions and committee meetings
  • Provide 24 x7 on-call application support to users
  • Documentation of reported clinical issues with minimal guidance
  • Responsible in testing clinical systems for implementation & engaging users
  • Gather feedback/requirements for clinical systems improvement


  • Nitec/Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline will be a plus
  • Candidates with good experience will take on lead role
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
