Sales Support Engineer
Responsibilities
Manage and handle all customer tickets and urgent requests and ensuring SLAs are met.
Be the focal point for our customers and identify customer needs and help them achieve their goals.
Work with customers\POC during implementation and production of their Server-based applications.
Reproduce customer cases for detailed troubleshooting and analysis.
Update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
Share feature requests, effective workarounds, knowledge base entries with team members.
Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Gather customer feedback and share with the Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Requirements and skills
3-5 years as a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer(Software security industry preferred) or similar Customer Support role.
Hands-on experience with OS (Linux\Windows).
Understanding with O365 and SMTP mail gateway
Understanding of K8S infra and understanding of Docker Containers.
Hands-on experience with virtual and/or Cloud-based Environments (such as VMWare and AWS)
Familiarity and understanding with network communication, protocols\technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, Proxies and Load Balancers).
Excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience solving problems with a strong sense of customer commitment.
Experience with script writing (bash\PowerShell) – an advantage.
Team player with a positive attitude, empathy, with high energy.
Naturally curious and excited to learn new technologies.
Meets relevant clearances requirements for Singapore.

Location
This is a Singapore-based work from home office position, travels to customer sites are to be expected. The Customer Support Engineer will report to the Customer Service organization (outside Singapore) with some day-to-day direction coming from the Singapore Sales/Tech lead.
