We are representing our client, part of a global engineering and technology group, look for a Pre-Sales Engineer to complement the existing International Business unit.

Reporting to the Solution Architect of the International Business unit, this role involves working with Digital C4 (Command, Control, Communications, and Computers) products and solutions. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process and providing technical expertise to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales team to develop technical proposals and strategies, focusing on providing technical solutions to meet customer requirements and addressing their concerns
  • Preparation and conduct of product and solution demonstrations and presentations to showcase capabilities and features
  • Conducting site surveys and assessing of customer needs
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and sales materials
  • Staying up-to-date with product developments and industry trends
  • Building relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting the development of proof-of-concepts and prototypes
  • Providing training and support to customers and sales teams

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Communications and Networking
  • 3 years of pre-sales and engineering solutions experience in defense, international, and engineering domains are preferred
  • Hands-on experience developing and conduct of product and solution demonstrations are preferred
  • Strong communication (verbal, written/visual) and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Regular overseas travelling is expected.
