We are representing our client (Global leading strategic technology and payments company) to look for Product Specialist to join their team.
The candidate will be responsible for the discovery, implementation and roll out of new solutions. He/She will also provide operational support and is familiar with the backend systems and the used message protocols relative to APAC country requirements.
Responsibilities
- New solutions discovery
- Solutions implementation and roll-out.
- Business requirements gathering and providing functional/technical specifications
- Support and guide internal/external team to align with the Specifications
- Ensure quality of the implementation and Support in pilot plus monitoring
- Review on feedback and propose ways for solution improvement
- Operations support to ensure BAU, provide support to resolve and prevent production issue
- Knowledge sharing to APAC country IT team
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in IT System Analysis
- Good working knowledge in software, hardware, security and network
- Strong ability in identifying and analyzing problems
- Prior experience working in a multinational environment and virtual teams strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written in English mandatory
- Working expertise in network connectivity (VPN configuration, SSL, etc.)
- Working knowledge in software development language such as Java, .Net
- Working knowledge in data formats like XML, JSON, ISO 8583 equivalent is preferred
- Prior experience in Payment Standards, ISO 8583, PCI, EMV within the retail or credit card industry preferred
- Knowledge in a second language like Chinese, Japanese, Korean languages is preferred
- Willing to travel when required (Asia Pacific region)
