We are currently assisting our client, a global technology and engineering group, look for a Sales Manager.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for business development, pioneering partnership with potential new and existing customers to establish a pipeline of prospects and opportunities. He/she will need to work with the Core Engineering team to be familiar with leveraging the technology to plan and develop sale strategies, inclusive of market Intelligence, proactive proposal, pricing, lead tenders, presentation and follow by execution.


  • Prospect for potential new clients with increased business.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that meet client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Participate and attend functions such as trade exhibitions and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends, as well as prospect for new clients.
  • Organise technology demonstration events to showcase capabilities and engage potential customers.
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Present and apprise company’s management on sales progress during bi-monthly sales review meeting.


  • At least 5 years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Experience in Robotics will be of advantage.
  • Motivation for sales, good networking skills and able to write proposal.
  • Good prospecting and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of robotic and automation in Maritime industry, Marine environment, and their eco-system is a plus.
