We are representing our client, an established Hospital Group in Singapore, to search for a suitable candidates for their Implementation Support Specialist Role. The ideal candidate should preferably have relevant experience in supporting Clinical informatics in healthcare domain.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support for continuity of clinical systems such as Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), and other clinical systems.
- Gather feedback/requirements for clinical systems improvement.
- Participate in clinical systems testing.
- Prepare, plan and schedule Users training session.
- Support Workgroups, feedback sessions and committee meetings.
- Provide both onsite and offsite clinical support to the End-Users pre and post implementation and during downtime procedures.
- Provide 24 x7 on-call application support to end users through rostering.
- Accurately document reported clinical issues with minimal guidance.
- Responsible in testing clinical systems for implementation & engaging users.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a healthcare discipline (nursing, allied health, medicine) or other degree
- Nursing or Healthcare Informatics Certification (Optional)
- Minimum 2 years continuous clinical experience in any healthcare organization or customer service experience
